Thinking of returning an item?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return an item to Aspire Industrial Services, we offer three simple ways to do this.

Whatever the reason.

Whether you’re simply unhappy with your purchase or the goods are faulty, our simple to follow returns process allows you to return your items to us easily.

For unwanted items

If you’re not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, let us know within 10 calendar days of receiving/collecting your goods and we can issue a refund for the cost of goods and delivery, subject to the following condition:

  • The goods are undamaged, in the original packaging, with all trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.

For faulty goods

If your goods are defective simply return the item to us. If we find upon inspection that the goods are deemed defective, we will refund the cost of the goods and delivery. Should you wish to discuss the potential fault or product specification then please call our Customer Service Team for further advice & support.

We offer a returns collection service through our chosen carrier to make it as hassle-free for you as possible. There may be a handling charge for this service, please refer to our returns policy for further guidance and charges. For products delivered directly from our suppliers, please contact our customer service team to discuss further.

Aspire Industrial Services Returns Policy

  1. You may return any item bought from our standard range within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty.
  2. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

o    Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.

o    Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.

o    Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*.

  1. Please note that, where applicable, returns placed via the website will carry a reduced handling charge equivalent to 7% of the value of the returned item (normally 15%) unless we delivered the item in error or the item is faulty.
  2. Our promise is to uplift unwanted goods from your premises within 5 days of the request being made.
  3. This does not affect your statutory rights.
